Three things worth knowing before you book one.

A measurement, not an impression

Every category is scored against a set scale, so you get a number you can hold onto rather than a gut feel. Run it again in a year and you can see exactly what moved.

Graded, then answered

Each grade comes with the observations behind it, so you can see what it is based on. The weak ones then get written recommendations, saying what to change and what it is costing you now.

Where it leads

Plenty of what comes back your own people can start on straight away. Where the cause is not knowing what is where, that is a system problem, and Flow WMS is our answer to it.

Pricing

The scope is fixed. The fee depends on the size of the operation.
