Workflow Systems is a warehouse operations consultancy based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (if given), and the details you write about your operation. That is everything we collect. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools on this website.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to scope and quote an engagement. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to us by email. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to how they handle form data in transit. You can read it at netlify.com/privacy.
We retain your contact details only for as long as they are needed to respond to your enquiry or support an active engagement. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will do so.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Contact us at charles@workflowsys.net.
