The audit and the rebuild are the whole offering. Software, ongoing support, and performance-based pricing are only ever added if they genuinely fit.

Tier 1: Diagnostic Audit

A standardized, fixed-scope audit. Same process for every client — only the findings change.

Workflow Systems spends 3–5 days on-site running the same fixed audit process across every core operational category: layout, staffing, systems, workflow, and more. There's no improvisation and no upsell built into the process — it's a consistent, repeatable diagnostic.

What you get back is a written Findings Report: each category graded, tallied into an overall operational grade, with no dollar figures or recommendations attached. It's a clear, honest picture of where things stand today.

Tier 2: Recommendations & Rebuild

Scoped to your actual findings, not a template. This is where the fix happens.

What's included

  • Detailed corrective action plan
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Staffing model redesign
  • Physical layout changes
  • Staff retraining and rollout support

Where Tier 1 is standardized, Tier 2 is scoped entirely to what the audit found. It covers the physical process end to end — not just a report, but the redesign, the retraining, and the rollout that makes it stick.

This tier does not include software. If a client's process genuinely needs a custom system to support it, that's scoped and quoted separately as its own project — never assumed as part of the rebuild.

Add-ons, only if they fit

None of these are part of the core engagement. They're added only when a client's situation genuinely calls for them.

Custom WMS App Build

A warehouse management system built specifically around your rebuilt process — inventory, scanning, and reporting. Scoped per feature set once Tier 2 is defined.

Ongoing Retainer

Monthly support after delivery: monitoring, small process tweaks, and on-call help while the new way of working beds in.

Performance Fee

An optional structure tied to documented, measured savings — stacks on top of either tier for clients who want the incentive aligned with the outcome.
