Flow WMS

Warehouse software that runs the whole floor.

Flow WMS is our own warehouse management app, licensed monthly with hosting and support included. It puts a clean, enforced process in front of your team, stock, orders, picking, scheduling, and reporting in one place.

How Flow WMS works.

Flow WMS is one finished product, licensed monthly with hosting and support included. The same proven logic for stock allocation, order lifecycle, permissions, and reporting runs for every client. Onboarding covers data migration, a custom domain, initial setup, and training, so the app is ready for your team from day one.

The standard feature set is included for everyone: Dashboard, Orders, Scheduling, Picking, Stock, Products, Receiving, Locations and Warehouse Map, Stocktake, Dispatch, and Metrics. Three optional add-ons, Order Intake API, Carrier API, and Multi-Site, are quoted separately, along with custom features at $150/hour.

What you see below is the live app. Real stock allocation logic, enforced order workflows, role-based permissions, and operational reporting, all wired together.

The sample data reflects a demo warehouse, a general-goods distribution operation moving around 50 orders a month across appliances, furniture, and homewares. A real client runs the same proven app, migrated to their own data and terminology during onboarding.

Everything that needs attention, before anyone has to look for it.

A live briefing generated each day from real order and stock data. New orders waiting, stock items needing attention, active order count, and today's run sheet, all in one view.

  • Auto-generated daily summary from live data
  • Direct links from each alert to the relevant screen
  • Same underlying data as every other screen in the system

Stock that is genuinely reserved against orders, not just counted.

Available vs. Allocated split, so stock committed to active orders is separated from what is free to sell. Automatic shortfall detection flags exactly which orders are short, by how much, before it becomes a dispatch problem.

  • Available, allocated, and variant breakdown per SKU
  • Incoming stock tracked against expected arrival dates
  • One-click receiving for inbound purchase orders

A defined lifecycle, not a freeform text field.

Every order moves through enforced stages: New Order, Packed, Shipped, Complete. The system only offers the next valid action at each step, reducing human error. Full order history is retained per order for the accountability trail an audit checks for.

  • Status-gated actions at every stage
  • Per-order contents, customer contact, shipping, and notes
  • Full history and audit trail per order

Kits, single items, and accessories. Each independently manageable.

Products organized by type with active/archived status tracking. Kit-level rules can be attached directly to a product (e.g. a required QA check before dispatch). Products are added, edited, or archived without any code change.

  • Parent SKUs, component items, and bundle logic
  • Config-driven rules per product type
  • Client-facing catalog management, no developer needed

Reporting that updates itself. No monthly manual pull from five spreadsheets.

Order volume and throughput by period. Order pipeline breakdown with completion rate tracked automatically. Pick times, order aging, and top products by volume surfaced without a manual export. All figures recalculate live as orders and stock change.

  • Order pipeline, completion rates, and aging
  • Top SKUs by volume, calculated live

Software is only part of the conversation when the audit says it is needed.

Many clients are fully served by process, staffing, and layout changes alone. Flow WMS is licensed separately from the consulting engagement, and only when the audit shows it is needed.
