Services

Two core engagements. Everything else is optional.

The audit and the rebuild are the whole offering. Software exists as an option, our own Flow WMS app, and only when it genuinely fits.

Why the audit comes before the fix

Every engagement starts the same way, on purpose.

Standardized first

The Tier 1 Diagnostic Audit is deliberately the same process every time. It is not a sales pitch dressed up as an assessment. It is a consistent, repeatable diagnostic that produces the same structured output regardless of the client.

Findings before recommendations

The Findings Report is graded and descriptive, not prescriptive. What happens next is a decision you make with a clear picture in front of you, not a foregone conclusion.

Scoped, not templated

If a rebuild follows, it is scoped to what the audit actually found. The same applies to software: it is only ever part of the conversation when the audit shows it is genuinely needed.

Diagnose first. Rebuild second.

Every project starts with a fixed-scope audit. It only moves to a rebuild if you decide the findings justify it.

Tier 1 . Diagnostic

Diagnostic Audit

A standardized 3 to 5 day on-site review using the same fixed checklist for every client. Produces a graded Findings Report across 13 operational categories with an overall operational score. Strictly diagnostic. No recommendations, no dollar figures.

  • Order intake and processing
  • Stock control and inventory accuracy
  • Picking and packing workflow
  • Dispatch and shipping
  • Returns and reverse logistics
  • Staffing structure and shift patterns
  • Systems and software usage
  • Physical layout and flow
  • Safety and compliance
  • Staff feedback survey (anonymous, floor-level)

Tier 2 . Rebuild

Recommendations & Rebuild

Scoped entirely to the Tier 1 findings. A full physical process redesign delivered and rolled out on-site, not handed over as a document. Software is never included here. If the operation needs software, our Flow WMS app is licensed separately.

  • Action Plan, the costed roadmap
  • Redesigned standard operating procedures
  • Staffing model restructure
  • Physical layout changes
  • Staff retraining program
  • On-site rollout and implementation
  • Process documentation and handover

The software, when the audit calls for it.

Flow WMS is scoped and priced separately from the core tiers, and never assumed as part of an engagement.

What it covers

Flow WMS is our own warehouse management app, a single finished product licensed monthly with hosting and support included. One standard feature set covers Dashboard, Orders, Scheduling, Picking, Stock, Products, Receiving, Locations and Warehouse Map, Stocktake, Dispatch, and Metrics. Optional add-ons, Order Intake API, Carrier API, and Multi-Site, are quoted separately, alongside a one-off onboarding and custom features at $150/hour.

When it applies

Only when the audit identifies that the current system, or the absence of one, is part of the problem. Licensed separately from the consulting work. See a working example.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually.
